
ROLE OF MANAGEMENT TEAM
Our Executive Management Team consists of the Chairman,
Vice Chairman and four subsidiary company Presidents,
who also serve in the Board of Directors and are Chairmen
of their respective board committees. The Chairman
and Vice Chairman direct the Executive Management
Team. Its primary function is to advise and support
the Board of Directors on a variety of management,
long-range planning and business strategy issues.
The Executive Management Team supports the Board of
Directors in:
1. Managing the success of all business activities
including financing, project developments, strategic
alliances, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships
and new business opportunities;
2. Setting policies and objectives through assessment
of needs, risks and opportunities;
3. Determining strategies, implementation and delivery
mechanisms;
4. Coordinating, planning, managing and controlling
the implementation of strategies;
5. Evaluating performance against objectives;
6. Ensuring best use of resources;
7. Encouraging and promoting innovation throughout
the organizational structure, to improve efficiently
and meet evolving organizational
priorities, needs and challenges.
